How to Earn and Use Awards⁴

Step 1: Sign Up In-Store

Your next journey Starts Here. Visit any Alpine Shop location to sign up for Alpine Awards. We'll collect your email or phone number and mailing address to get your account started. Then you're ready to earn rewards with every purchase. (Not available on-line.)

Step 2: Earn Points Every Time You Shop

Give your phone number at checkout to earn one point for every pre-tax dollar spent. When you reach 100 points, you’ll earn a $5 Alpine Award to use on your next visit.

Step 3: Redeem Your Rewards

When you have an award available, our cashier will ask if you’d like to use it toward your purchase. It’s automatic, easy, and rewarding—just like the outdoor lifestyle that Starts Here.

Alpine Awards are currently valid for in-store purchases only. Registration must be completed in-store, but you can check your balance anytime at alpineshop.com. 

How to Check Your Alpine Awards Balance

Step 1: Log In

Go to alpineshop.com and click “Login” at the top right corner of the page. On mobile, look for the head-and-shoulders icon.

Step 2: Create or Link Your Account

Even if you’ve shopped with us for years, you’ll need to create an online account if you haven’t made a purchase online before. Once registered, we’ll link it to your in-store profile so your points display correctly. Please allow up to 48 hours for the merge to complete.

Step 3: Check Your Points & Rewards

After your accounts are linked, the “Login” button will change to “My Account.” From there, you can confirm your information, manage shipping addresses, view order history, and check your Alpine Awards balance.
