How to Earn and Use Awards⁴

Registration for Alpine Awards must be done inside any Alpine Shop or The Pathfinder location. (Not available on-line.)

After registering, when you make a purchase at any of our brick-and-mortar stores, simply provide your phone number to the cashier to access your awards account. Every dollar you spend (pre-tax)¹ equals one point. Once you earn 100 points, you’ll receive a $5 award.

On your next visit, if you have awards available, our cashier will ask if you’d like to apply them to your purchase—quick and hassle-free!

Currently, Alpine Awards are only valid for in-store purchases, and registration must be completed at one of our locations. You can, however, check your balance anytime at alpineshop.com. 

How to Check Your Alpine Awards Balance On-Line

1. Login to, or create, an account on alpineshop.com by clicking "Login" at the top right corner of the screen. On mobile, this appears only as a head-and-shoulders icon.
2. Even long-time customers will need to create an online account if they’ve never made an purchase on alpineshop.com before. Once registered, we’ll link your new online account to your in-store account. This process may take up to 48 hours.
3. If your balance still isn’t showing after 48 hours, call 1-888-347-2879 and ask for our webstore team. We will assist you promptly.
4. Once logged in, "Login" will display as "My Account." Here, you can verify personal details, manage shipping addresses, view order history, and check your Alpine Awards balance.
5. Points earned are shown as pre-tax dollars spent, with every 100 points earning a $5 award. There are no limits—spend $100 in one go to earn $5 or accumulate points over time to maximize your awards!
